Notifications tell you when something needs your attention — most importantly, when an agent has prepared work and is waiting on your review.

Channels

  • Email — built in. Nothing to connect; you only choose how often you’re notified.
  • Slack — connect your workspace once, then choose a channel or direct message.
  • Teams — connect your team once, then choose a channel or chat.

Choosing how often (email)

Email supports three frequencies:
  • Real-time — one message per event, as it happens.
  • Hourly digest — events batched into one email each hour.
  • Daily digest — one summary email per day, at a time you choose.
Digests are the way to cut noise if you get a lot of activity.

Notification rules

A rule decides which agents, which events, and which channels you’re notified on. The events you can choose from: You can create more than one rule — for example, real-time Slack alerts for “action needed” on your close agents, and a daily email digest for everything else.

Setting it up

Notifications live in Settings → Notifications. Connect any channels you want, create a rule (pick agents, pick triggers, pick channels), and save. There’s a Send test notification button to confirm it’s working.
